- If you don't agree to play with us, we won't let you out of the room.

- You have no right! That I'm a serf or something? I want to play, I want to play, I don’t play, Pasha replied indignantly.

Do you think Pasha is right?
Yeah, Pasha's right. If he had lived 200 years ago and been a serf, his masters could have ordered him to play with them whenever they wanted. And that's not the case in modern society.
In modern society, everyone has equal rights.

Themeclass hour:"Your rights and duties."

No matter where a person lives, no matter what roles he plays (father, grandmother, carpenter, minister), he is, first of all, a person, a person. Everyone has rights, personal rights. They belong to everyone from birth and cannot be abolished.

Human rights are defined and guaranteed in several legal instruments. I will list some of them:

  • Universal Declaration of Human Rights (adopted at the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948)
  • European Council Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms
  • Convention on the Rights of the Child (November 20, 1989 for children under 18 years of age, consists of 54 articles)
  • Constitution of the Russian Federation (the main law of the state)

Today we will learn about basic human rights. Personal rights are those rights that belong to him from birth.
The main human right is the right to life.
- What does it mean? (no one can take a person's life, try to kill him)
- People die in wars because of criminals. Isn’t this a violation of a basic human right? (just because rights are declared doesn’t mean that everyone respects them, there are still frequent violations of our rights, and therefore we must fight for their observance)
The next right is the right to liberty and security of person.
No one can, for no reason, detain a person, put him in prison, beat him. What about criminals, because they are put in prison. Yes, but a person can only be called a criminal after his guilt has been proven in the courtroom. And then for his crime, for going against society, for violating rules and rights, a person will be punished – temporarily deprived of liberty. But even criminals should not be subjected to physical punishment – beating. After all, they have the right to personal integrity, although they are deprived of the right to liberty.
- Remember the proverbs about the role of words in human life. (The word is not an arrow, but arrows.) From the word of salvation, from the word and destruction.
- Indeed, sometimes a false, rude word can offend, insult another person, tarnish his honest name. And this is also a violation of our right, the right to protect honor and dignity.
The offended person has the right to defend his rights and seek justice, and the slanderer must be punished.
Everyone has the right to a decent life.
This is the right to education, that is, the opportunity to receive a good education for free. But you may have heard that some higher education students are paid. Could it be a violation of human rights? (All school graduates pass the exam, while receiving a certain number of points. Those who score higher scores are entitled to free higher education.
- And when will the student receive more points on the exam? (Studying, trying all 11 years of school.) The state with free study at the university rewards the student for their efforts and desire for successful study.
The right to medical care. Unfortunately, some medical services in our country are paid, but most of our medicine serves the population of the country for free. If you need medical attention, you do not hesitate to go to the doctor or call him home. Every school has a doctor who can help you.
Everyone has the right to work and rest. It means. That society should help people find decent jobs and protect them from unemployment.
- How does the state protect a person who has lost his job for any reason? (payment of benefits, retraining in order to gain a new profession)
For his work, a person receives a salary, the working day of a person is limited to 40 hours / week. or 8 hours / day. All these points are provided by law, and if the employer violates them, he can be punished.
In addition to the right to work, a person has the right to rest. What kind of vacation does a citizen of our country enjoy? (weekends, holidays)
- And if these rights are violated, what should a person do? (fight, seek help from public organizations, state authorities)
There are professions that protect human rights. Who knows these professions?
Working with the dictionary
A lawyer is charged with providing legal assistance to citizens, including the protection of someone’s interests in court.
A lawyer is a specialist in legal matters.
Every citizen of Russia has the right to:

  • free movement
  • freedom of thought
  • religion
  • expression
  • property
  • home and inviolability
  • creatively
  • privacy (secret of correspondence, telephone conversations, medical information)

All this.personal rights. Do children have such rights?
There are rights that you already enjoy, some of which you can exercise when you reach the age of 18.

It'spolitical rights

  • leadership election
  • be elected to the authorities (the President of the Russian Federation can be elected a citizen of the Russian Federation not younger than 35 years, permanently residing in Russia at least 10 years, local authorities from 18 years, the highest bodies of state power from 21 years)
  • referral
  • Participation in peaceful rallies and demonstrations
  • Right to be a member of political parties and organizations

In addition to human rights, children have other rights. One of these rights is the right to love and care. The child’s rights are up to the parents.
Listen to S. Mikhalkov’s poem “I hate the word sleep!”
Rights given to children,
They break everything.
Declarations and conventions are written.
The rights of children are listed.
Alas, our parents.
These books have not been read or seen.
Children have one right.
Listen to what mom said.
Eat on time, sleep on time,
Too much to study and not enough to walk.
We're sick of these rights.
We have violated them more than once or twice.
You think that's disrespectful to adults?
Nope. It's a protest for humiliation.
Why are we not obedient, why are we stubborn?
Because moms don't respect us very much.

- Do you agree that your parents are violating your rights?
Moms and dads try to raise you in love, provide you with food, clothes, want to make you a good citizen, monitor your education and health. Everything they do is for your benefit. Everything they do, they do for those they love most, for their children. Parents want their children to live better than themselves, their children to be better than them, their children to be able to do what they could not do.
The Convention on the Rights of the Child was adopted on 20 November 1989.
- Why do you think the Convention on the Rights of the Child is necessary?
If parents do not care about their child, do not love him, cruelly punish, humiliate, it is not the child’s fault, but the parents themselves. Then the state deprives parents of the right to be parents and takes care of the child and the observance of his rights to himself. In our country, more than 130,000 children are deprived of the main thing – family warmth.
Now imagine that you have the right to protect other people. The heroes of children's books turned to you (illustrations from the fairy tales "Gray Shake", "Chippolino", "Three Pigs", "Snow Queen", "Golden Key ...", "Wild Swans" ...)
- What rights have been violated?
- What are personal human rights?
- What is the right to life? Freedom and personal integrity?
- Give an example where your rights may be violated.
- What other rights do Russian citizens have?
- What should a citizen do if his rights are violated?
- How are you prepared to defend your rights?
When defending your rights, do not forget that others have the same!
In addition to human rights, people have responsibilities to society. The duties of Russian citizens are formulated in the articles of the Constitution. Here are some of them:

  • pay off
  • preserve
  • Defend the Fatherland and perform military service
  • Parents are obliged to take care of children, and children are obliged to take care of disabled parents
  • Russian citizens are required to receive education ...

- What are your responsibilities now?
Observe the rights and duties of every citizen of Russia.
