The bells ring.
Dear guys! Please tell me, who knows what holiday is coming soon? Do you know what the word Easter means?
The word comes from the Hebrew "transition".
It's a celebration of victory over death. On this day Jesus Christ was resurrected. The Jews crucified Christ on the cross for his good deeds and love for people.
The news that people began to torture God
Rooks have been brought north.
The coniferous thickets have darkened
The quiet cried the streams
And the others lead the pot first.
Bringing starlings into the wilderness
On the cross, crucified, forgiving all
God is dead, the savior of our souls.

Why "Savior of our souls?" because Christ gave his life for all of us. When he was crucified on the cross, he died. The disciples of Jesus removed the body from the cross and performed the burial rite, wrapped his body in a shroud and placed it in a cave. It was Friday, and on Sunday the third day after his death, Jesus Christ rose from the dead. He conquered death, gave us a new life that will never end.
In spring, all nature awakens from a long winter sleep. In Russia, Easter half of the time coincides with the ancient holiday of the revival of the spring forces of Nature. On Easter Day, it is believed that the sun plays on this day. On this day, people climbed to the roof and watched how bright the sun was burning and playing.

Sweetie, bucket!
Look out the window!
Sweetheart, ride!
Red, dress up!

All nature exults. Spring is everywhere and in everything, full of pressure, fury and warmth. The fire of heaven is the sun, and it warms more and more. Greens, flowers, birdsong – all for joy on this day. They say that on this day the pigeon kisses.
From a faraway country
Swallows fly
Fun chirping
People talk.

People wake up.
Spring is coming.
And with Spring and Easter.
We're happy.

He comes down on our wings.
Easter bright from heaven
Easter
With variegation and thickness
It's genuine, epic.
- The one the family celebrates.
Early in the morning.
Old people's ways.
And to love and to live
Another thousand centuries.
Let's get together.
There's hope, let's live!
It smells like tart acacia.
The bell is floating in its native land...
Come back, celebrate, nation.
Easter is Russian.

Now, let me tell you how the Russian Easter is celebrated. Easter is celebrated for seven days, i.e. the whole week from April 15-22 and therefore this week is called “Bright Easter Week”. Every day of the week is also called bright: bright Monday, bright Tuesday, etc.
All this period is associated with customs and traditions, about which you could write and tell a lot. And we will talk about some of them today. As I said, Easter is celebrated for 7 days. On the first day of the housewife – the wife stays at home, and the men go to visit. Tables are usually set everywhere. They sit for a short time half an hour and go on to other acquaintances. Be sure to visit all relatives, then good friends, friends, especially old and old. On the second day, women came to visit. But in our modern times these days on Easter people conspire and just go to each other. And for children, the most joyful moment comes early in the morning. In a beautiful new outfit with a large bag, the children collected colored eggs that day, and then bragged about who collected the most. All week bells rang, danced in the glades, sang, played, joked, laughed. And of course, the symbol of this holiday is a painted red egg.
Since ancient times, the egg was considered a symbol of the spring sun, carrying with it life, joy, warmth, light, rebirth of nature. As a new life arises from the egg, so the world is reborn through the Resurrection of Christ. Where did this custom of painting eggs come from? When Christ was crucified, and he died, and on the third day rose again, Mary Magdalene came with this message to the emperor Tiberius. It was customary to come with a gift, and since Mary was a poor woman, she gave a simple chicken egg with the words “Christ is Risen!”
The emperor replied that it was hard to believe that a white egg could turn red. And then the egg turned red. Modern scholars argue that Easter eggs, painted and consecrated in the church, have such energy, such power of influence that they can awaken historical memory and sanctify our souls. Easter eggs in Russia were considered amulets, and they were called differently:
- paints (painted in one color);
- drips (in the speckle);
Eggs (eggs made of wood, clay, and other materials).
In Russia, it was customary to protect the illuminated egg until Easter. Those eggs didn't go bad. With their help, they removed damage and evil eye.

There was a whole ritual of cooking eggs for the holiday. Cooked them on a special day. It was better to paint eggs on Thursday. Water was taken spring or pure snow. It was necessary to take it early in the morning, while not talking to anyone, not turning back or to the side. Wear a festive costume before starting to paint. Painted eggs are not only served at the festive table, they are usually given throughout the Easter week. You can give decorative eggs, Easter wreaths, postcards, toys (chickens, ducks, nests). Gifts are wrapped and tied with a ribbon of yellow and green. True fame and world fame of masterpieces of world art, gained Easter eggs of the company "FABERGE". 56 unique eggs were created in this workshop for Russian emperors. Remarkable collections of Easter eggs are preserved in many Russian museums.
So here comes the long-awaited moment – now we will paint eggs. Our eggs will be called dyes, that is, painted in the same color.
The egg was also mentioned in Russian proverbs. Let's remember them now:

  1. The day of the Lord is the day of the Lord.
  2. Give a testicle, and even peeled (about a fat, lazy person);
  3. Although a black chicken, but on white testicles sits (about severe-looking people with a kind heart);
  4. He will not squash any eggs (they say too cautious people).
  5. Give a fool a testicle - what rolled, then broke (so they say about an awkward person).

As I said, on this day they sang, danced, danced and, of course, played. Our ancestors rolled eggs on the ground. It was believed to promote fertility. We'll play, roll eggs.

  1. Egg rolling game (rolling into a box)
  2. Eggs in a spoon (who will deliver the fastest)
  3. The game "Russian bowling" (who will knock more objects with an egg).

Since ancient times, there has been a belief that a flowering tree can bring health, strength and beauty to all who touch it. In Russia, this tree was considered a willow, because it begins to bloom before other trees.
April 8th was the Palm Resurrection. There was such a custom in the old days - branches of willows quipped and children and adults and at the same time sentence:
Verba whip
Blows to tears
Verba blue
It doesn't hit hard,
Verba red
It beats in vain,
Verba bela
He's kicking.
Verba whip
Blows to tears
Not me.
Verba hits.
Verba whip
It beats to tears.

It was believed that all the illnesses and failures left this person. Now let's play a game of "Corpillars." I'm going to touch everyone with a willow, and you have to name a word related to our holiday.
Easter has never been without a swing. Everyone swung from small to big. Of course, we can not install the swing here, but we will now try to sing about the swing:

There are swings on the mountain
I'm going to rock.
I'm going out this summer.
I'll get married in winter.

I'll swing high
I'll see far.
Where my brother walks
Worm egg rolls

Easter is coming soon.
Who rocks us?
Like the new guys.
There's not enough rope.

Holy week.
They hung rockers.
You sway first.
Then you get married.

Look how beautiful our eggs are!
Easter is a day of universal equality and love and mercy.
Do not sting, guys for good deeds and deeds!
Do not offend the younger, listen to the older,
Help the poor and the sick.
And then you will live a long and happy life.
In conclusion, I wish everyone:

Hope, Faith, and Love
Beautiful, joyous wonders
And let it sound warm now.
Truly Christ has risen!
