Class hour progress:

Slide 1 - A snippet of How Progress Has Come Sounds.
Yeah, guys, really progress doesn't stand still. Our life, science, technology is developing. And today you and I will talk about a very interesting, smart and useful machine. Guess what we're talking about today.
He is faster than a person
Multiplies two numbers,
It has a library a hundred times
I could fit in
Only there is it possible to open it
One hundred windows in a minute.
It's not difficult to guess at all,
What's the mystery about... (computer)       Slide 2
Computers today have become part of everyday human life. But by saving people's time by providing truly fabulous capabilities, the computer demands a fee for it. They pay, moreover, with their health, and mainly those who do not follow the rules for working with this very complex mechanism. Let's remember what components it consists of. (Showing Slides with the image of a monitor, system unit, computer mouse, keyboard, disk, sound speakers - students remember their name)  Slides 3-8.
Let's check if we've collected everything.    Slide 9.
Let's talk about how to maintain your health when communicating with a computer, so that it always remains a good friend and assistant to us and does not cause harm.
Slide 10 When planning to purchase a computer, parents need to choose the right location for it.
The computer table should be placed on the side of the window so that the light falls on the left, away from the heat sources. It’s good if artificial lighting (lamp) is also present
Slide 11. Like any electrical appliance, computers dry the air. Therefore, in the rooms where they operate, it is useful to place flowers and aquariums that evaporate water and increase humidity.
Slide 12. Before starting work, you need to check the serviceability of all computer connections, as well as sockets.
Only adults should do this.
Sitting at the monitor for a long time threatens your health with headaches, lacrimation, eye cuts, and decreased visual acuity. Slide 13.
To prevent this from happening, you must follow a number of rules:
- Monitor should be 50 -70 cm from the eyes and just below their level - so as to look at the screen a little from above To do this, just tilt the monitor slightly back, then its lower edge will be closer than the upper one;
- need to adjust the image on the monitor so that the picture is not too bright, otherwise the eyes will get tired quickly. The brightness is checked by black - it should be black, not white;
- text should be typed in large letters;
- it's better not to look at the screen without a hitch. Every 10 -15 minutes, look away - after all, the eye muscles get tired, even if fatigue is invisible in the work rush.
The simplest exercise is shown here. Slide 14.
But there are also more interesting exercises that ophthalmologists recommend
(offer multiple, choose one of them)

Ophthalmological pauses or eye exercises

We close our eyes, these are the miracles. (Close both eyes.)
Our eyes rest and perform exercises.          (Continue standing with eyes closed)
And now we will open them and build a bridge across the river.   (Open their eyes, draw a bridge with their eyes)
Let's draw the letter o, it turns out easy. (The letter o is drawn with the eyes)
Let's go up, look down,                                      (Eyes are raised up, lowered down
Right, left turn,                                             (Eyes looking right-left)
Let's start working out again.

Hare
Raise the carrot up, look at it.
They look up.
Just look with your eyes: up and down, right and left.
They look up and down, right and left with their eyes.
Ay-da, little stink, skillful! Blinks his eyes.
Blink eyes.
Closes his eyes.
The eyes are closed.
Opens his eyes.
The eyes open.
They took carrot bunnies and danced with them cheerfully.
(We'll jump like bunnies)

Squirrel
Squirrel woodpecker was waiting,
They sharply move the gaze to the right and left.
She treated the guest deliciously.
Come on, look at the woodpecker!
They look up and down.
Here are nuts-1,2,3.
A woodpecker with a squirrel had lunch
Blink eyes.
And I went to play burners.
Close your eyes, stroke your eyelids with your index finger.

Dragonfly
This is what dragonfly is - like peas in the eye.
They make glasses with their fingers.
Left - right, back - forward -
They look right and left with their eyes.
Well, just like a helicopter.
Circular eye movements.
We fly high.
They look up.
We fly low.
They look down.
We fly far.
They look forward.
We fly close.
They look down.

Cat
The window opened up
They spread their arms to the sides.
The cat came out onto the cornice.
They imitate the soft, graceful gait of a cat.
The cat looked up.
They look up.
The cat looked down.
They look down.
I turned left.
They look to the left.
She looked at the flies.
The "fly" is looked at from the left shoulder to the right.
She reached out and smiled
And she sat down on the cornice.
Children squat.
She looked to the right,
I looked at the cat.
I looked straight.
And she covered them with her hands.
Close your eyes with your hands.

Rain
Rain, rain, drizzle more.
They look up.
Don't regret drops, drops.
They look down.
Just don't kill us.
They make circular movements with their eyes.
It's a shame don't knock on the window.

Teremok
Terem-terem-teremok!
Movement with eyes to the right and left.
It's not low, it's not high,
Eye movement up and down.
Upstairs, the rooster is sitting,
He shouts to the cook.
They blink their eyes.

Sunbeam
Ray, mischievous ray,
Play with me.
Blink eyes.
Come on, ray, turn around,
Show yourself to me.
They make circular movements with their eyes.
I'll take my left look,
I will find a ray of sun.
Look to the left.
Now to the right I'll look,
I'll find the ray again.
Look to the right.

"Fun Week - Eye Gymnastics"
- All week on - order,
Eyes do exercises.
- Monday, when they wake up,
Eyes will smile at the sun
They'll look down at the grass
And back to the height.
Raise your eyes up; lower them down, your head is motionless; (relieves eye strain).
- Tuesday o'clock eyes,
They look there - here,
They walk to the left, they walk to the right
They will never get tired.
Turn your eyes to the right side and then to the left, your head is motionless; (relieves eye strain).
- Wednesday blind man's buff we play,
Close your eyes tightly.
One, two, three, four, five,
We will open our eyes.
We squint and open
This is how we continue the game.
Close your eyes tightly, count five and open your eyes wide; (an exercise to relieve eye strain).
- Thursdays we look into the distance,

I don't regret the time for this
What's close and what's far away
The eyes should be examined.
Look straight in front of you, place your finger at a distance of 25-30 cm from the eyes, turn your gaze to the tip of your finger and look at it, lower your hand. (Strengthens eye muscles and improves their coordination).
- Friday we didn't yawn
Eyes ran in circles.
Stop, and again
Run in the other direction.
Raise your eyes up, right, down, left and up; and back: left, down, right and up again; (improves complex eye movements).
- Even though Saturday is a day off,
We're not lazy with you.
Looking for corners,
So that the pupils run.
Look at the upper right corner, then the lower left; move your gaze to the upper left corner and lower right (improves complex eye movements).
- Sunday we'll sleep,
And then let's go for a walk,
To make your eyes harden
You need to breathe air.
Close the eyelids, massage them using circular movements of the fingers: the upper eyelid from the nose to the outer edge of the eyes, the lower eyelid from the outer edge to the nose, then vice versa (relaxes muscles and improves blood circulation).
- No gymnastics, friends,
Our eyes cannot live!

Guys, how long do you think it is possible to be in front of a computer at your age? (children's answers)
Slide 15.
A fixed seat at the monitor adversely affects the musculoskeletal system, watch your posture to avoid this. Slide 16, Sitting at the computer needs to be correct: straighten your back, lean on the back of the chair, do not lower your shoulders. Your feet rest against the floor. If the design of the chair allows, it is better to tilt the seat a little - then you won’t have to hump to move your body weight forward. And it’s best to take a short break and move away from your electronic friend. For example, when approaching a window, point your gaze into the distance for a few seconds, perform several visual and moving exercises (walking in place or around the room, stretching, swinging and jerking your arms, bending, squats)  Slide 17, 18.
And one more thing, you must cover your friend with a cover at least once a week, like a cage with a bored parrot, and use the freed up time to communicate with real, and not virtual, friends and relatives, for sports, walks in nature, etc.
Now let's see what you remember today and what you learned. Slide 19.
Find mistakes in these guys who communicate with the computer. Let's give them some good advice. (Children's answers)

To summarize:

Depending on how we behave with it ourselves, the computer can be good and bad, harmful and useful. In the hands of a knowledgeable user, it is completely safe - just like a trained tiger behaves more obediently than a pet pussy next to an experienced tamer.

Thanks for your attention!

All students are given reminders with fun eye exercises.
