slide1. There is a song called “How has progress been made?”
Yeah, guys, really, the progress doesn't stand still. Our life, science and technology are developing. And today we will talk about a very interesting, smart and useful car. Guess what we're talking about today.
He's faster than a man.
Multiply two numbers,
It's a hundred times a library.
I could fit in.
Only then can you open it.
A hundred windows in a minute.
It's not hard to guess.
What's the mystery about... (computer)slide 2
Computers have become a part of everyday life. But saving people time, providing truly fabulous opportunities, the computer requires a fee for it. Pay, moreover, their health, and mainly those who do not follow the rules of work with this very complex mechanism. Let’s remember what parts it consists of. (Slides featuring a monitor, system unit, computer mouse, keyboard, disc, audio speakers – students remember their name)Slides. 3-8.
Let's see if we've got everything.slide 9.
Let’s talk about how to maintain your health when communicating with a computer, so that it always remains a good friend and assistant to us and does not cause harm.
Slide 10. When planning to buy a computer, parents need to choose the right place for it.
The table with the computer should be placed on the side of the window so that the light falls to the left, away from the heat sources. It is good if there is also artificial lighting (lamp).
slide11. Like any electrical appliance, computers dry air. Therefore, in the rooms where they work, it is useful to put flowers and aquariums that evaporate water and increase humidity.
slide12. Before starting work, you need to check the serviceability of all computer connections, as well as sockets.
Only adults should do that.
Long sitting at the monitor threatens health with headaches, tearing, cutting in the eyes, reduced visual acuity.slide 13.
To avoid this, a number of rules must be followed:
The monitor should be located at a distance of 50-70 cm from the eyes and slightly below their level - so that you look at the screen a little from above. To do this, it is enough to slightly tilt the monitor back, then its lower edge will be closer than the upper one;
You need to adjust the image on the monitor so that the picture is not too bright, otherwise the eyes will quickly get tired. The brightness is checked by black - it should be black, not white;
The text should be typed in large letters ;
It is better not to look at the screen without interruption. Every 10-15 minutes, take your eyes away - because the eye muscles get tired, even if fatigue is imperceptible in the labor rush.
The simplest exercise is shown here.slide 14.
But there are more interesting exercises that ophthalmologists recommend.
(I suggest a few, choose one of them)

Ophthalmic pauses or gymnastics for the eyes

We close our eyes, these are the wonders.. (Both eyes closed.)
Our eyes rest, exercises are performed.(Continue standing with their eyes closed)
Now we'll open them up, build a bridge across the river.(Open your eyes, draw a bridge with your eyes)
Let's draw the letter o, it's easy.. (Eyes draw the letter o)
Up, up, down, down.(Eyes lift up, lower down)
To the right, to the left,(Eyes looking right-left)
Let's start studying again.

Hare
Pick up the carrot, look at it.
Looking up.
Look up and down, right and left.
Eyes look up and down, right and left.
Oh, yeah, sweetie, skilful! Blinking his eyes.
They blink their eyes.
She closes her eyes.
Eyes closing.
She opens her eyes.
Eyes open.
Carrot bunnies were taken, they danced with fun.
(We'll jump like bunnies)

Squirrel
The woodpecker squirrel waited,
They move their eyes to the right and left.
The guest was delicious.
Look at that woodpecker!
Looking up and down.
Here are 1,2,3 nuts.
Dinner with a squirrel.
They blink their eyes.
I went to play burners.
Close your eyes, stroke your eyelids with your index finger.

Dragonfly
That's what a dragonfly is like an eye pea.
Fingers make glasses.
Left to right, back to forward.
Eyes are right-left.
Just like a helicopter.
Circular eye movements.
We fly high.
Looking up.
We fly low.
Looking down.
We fly far.
Looking forward.
We're flying close.
Looking down.

Cat.
The window opened.
Hands out.
The cat came out on the eaves.
Imitate the soft, graceful gait of the cat.
The cat looked up.
Looking up.
The cat looked down.
Looking down.
I turned left.
Looking left.
Watching flies.
The eye conducts a “fly” from the left shoulder to the right.
Stretching, smiling.
And sat on the eaves.
Kids squat.
Eyes to the right,
I looked at the cat.
I looked straight.
I covered them with my hands.
They close their eyes with their hands.

Rain
Rain, rain, more water.
Looking up.
Drop, don't spare a drop.
Looking down.
Just don't kill us.
They make circular eye movements.
Don't knock on the window.

Teremok
Terem, terem, teremok!
Eye movement right-left.
He's not low, he's not tall.
Eye movement up and down.
There's a rooster upstairs.
He yells at Kukarek.
Blinking their eyes.

Sunbeam
The ray is mischievous,
Play with me.
They blink their eyes.
Come on, light, turn around.
Let me see you.
They make circular eye movements.
I'll look to the left.
I'll find a ray of sun.
Looking to the left.
I'll look right now.
I'll find the ray again.
Look to the right.

A Fun Week - Gymnastics for the Eyes
- All week in order,
Eyes do exercise.
- On Monday, when they wake up,
The eyes of the sun will smile
Down there, look at the grass.
And back up high.
He lifts his eyes upwards; lowers them downwards; his head is still; (removes eye tension).
- On Tuesday, the eye watch,
Looking back and forth,
Go left, go right.
They never get tired.
Turn the eyes to the right and then to the left, the head is still;
- On Wednesday, we're playing blindfolds.
Close your eyes tight.
One, two, three, four, five,
Let's open our eyes.
Shudder and open.
That's how we keep playing.
Close your eyes tightly, count yes five and open your eyes wide; (exercise to relieve eye tension).
- On Thursdays, we look away.

There's no time for that.
What's near and what's far
You have to look at your eyes.
Look directly in front of you, put your finger at a distance of 25-30 cm from the eyes, shift your eyes to the tip of your finger and look at it, lower your hand. (It strengthens eye muscles and improves eye coordination.)
- We didn't yawn on Friday.
My eyes went round and round.
Stop, and again.
Run the other way.
Raise your eyes up, right, down, left and up; and back again: left, down, right and up again; (complex eye movements improve).
- Even though it's Saturday off,
We're not lazy with you.
Looking for corners,
For pupils to run.
Look at the upper right corner, then the lower left; transfer the gaze to the upper left corner and the lower right (complex eye movements improve).
- We'll sleep on Sunday,
And then we go for a walk.
Make your eyes harden.
We need to breathe air.
Close the eyelids, massage them with circular finger movements: the upper eyelid from the nose to the outer edge of the eyes, the lower eyelid from the outer edge to the nose, then vice versa (relaxes muscles and improves blood circulation).
- No gymnastics, friends.
Our eyes can't live!

How long do you think you can be in front of a computer at your age?
slide 15.
Sitting still at the monitor negatively affects the musculoskeletal system. To avoid this, watch your posture.slide16. You need to sit at the computer correctly: straighten your back, lean on the back of the chair, do not lower your shoulders. The feet rest on the floor. If the design of the chair allows, it is better to tilt the seat slightly - then you do not have to hump to move the weight of the body forward. It is best to take a short break and step away from your electronic friend. For example, going to the window, look into the distance for a few seconds, perform several visual and mobile exercises (walking on the spot or around the room, sipping, swinging and jerking hands, bends, squats)slide 17, 18.
And yet, it is necessary to cover your friend with a cover at least once a week, like a cage with a bored parrot, and use the free time to communicate with real, not virtual friends and relatives, for sports, walks in nature, etc.
Let’s see what you learned and what you learned today.slide 19.
Find errors in these guys who communicate with the computer. Let’s give them some good advice. (Children's Answers)

To sum up:

Depending on how we handle it, the computer can be good and bad, harmful and useful. In the hands of a knowledgeable user, it is perfectly safe - just as a trained tiger beside an experienced tamer behaves more obediently than a house pussy.

Thank you very much.

All students are given memos with fun gymnastics for the eyes.
