Class progress

Opening session
Guys, Grandpa Forester is inviting us over. (Slide 1)
Let's close our eyes and pretend we're in the woods.
One by one, we get up.
Let's go visit the forester.
We're going down the valley,
We're going down the stairs.
(Slide 2)
Looks like we're lost. How do we get out of the woods? Look, above us, the squirrel jumps from branch to branch. (Slide 3). Let's ask her the way, say in chorus:
- Squirrel, Squirrel, tell me,
Squirrel, Squirrel, show me
How to find a path
Grandpa's house?
- Very simple, Squirrel replies. - Jump from this tree to that tree, from that tree to the crooked birch tree. With the birch curve, you can see a big, big oak tree. You can see the roof from the top of the oak tree. This is the gatekeeper. What about you? Jump!
- Thank you, Squirrel! We don’t know how to jump on trees.
- Let me teach you how to jump very well.
Talk to children about the benefits of charging
To do this, you need to do sports, do exercises, play fun outdoor games.
To be healthy, strong
You should be friends with sports.
We got up early today.
And they started charging.
Hands up, hands down,
Left, right, turn.
Up on your toes,
Sit down and straighten up.
Now stand up straight,
Hands up slowly,
Fingers tightened, then loosened,
Hands down and stand.

What's a charger? Charging is a set of physical exercises performed, as a rule, in the morning, in order to warm up muscles and joints. Charging is a mandatory procedure in the army and sports camps. The complex usually includes exercises for the muscles of the neck, back, abdomen, legs and hands. Typical exercises: sipping, tilting, squats, push-ups.

{module Yandex}

- Which one of you does the exercise? Do you always want to do it? Do you think you need to exercise every day or can do it from time to time?
It turns out that every person needs to do daily morning exercises, regardless of age or physical development. Children should start doing morning exercises from birth, because charging improves the work of the heart and lungs, develops musculoskeletal tissue, strengthens the overall health of the body. And if you train yourself to do exercises every morning, it will also teach you discipline, develop will.
Morning exercise is best done with open windows, under invigorating music. And in the summer it is better to conduct classes in the fresh air.
Exercises included in morning exercise can be different, but the main thing is that they develop the whole body and are performed in a certain sequence. Now I will teach you what exercises to do in the morning, and so, repeat after me!
Wellness moment.
The first exercise is raising your hands up or to the sides. This exercise helps straighten the spine, improve blood circulation in the muscles of the shoulder girdle and hands.
The second exercise is squats. This is an exercise to strengthen the leg muscles, increase the mobility of the joints of the legs and improve blood circulation.
The third exercise is various tilts forward back, up, down. This exercise strengthens the muscles of the trunk, back and abdomen, increases mobility and elasticity of the spine, improves the activity of the abdominal organs.
The fourth exercise is push-ups: boys from the floor, and girls from the table or bench. This exercise develops the muscles of the arms and shoulder girdle.
The fifth exercise is leaning to the sides. This exercise strengthens the lateral muscles of the trunk and increases the tone of the abdominal cavity.
The sixth exercise is flapping movements with the legs and hands. This exercise increases the mobility of the joints of the hands and feet.
The seventh exercise is jumping and running (you can do it on the spot). This exercise enhances the metabolism in the body, increases the activity of the respiratory and circulatory organs.
The eighth exercise is the last, slow steps in place and swinging your arms up and down. This is an exercise to calm your breath.
You need to do it every day for 10-15 minutes. It gives a boost of vigor for the whole day. If you do it after a day, the body loses its strength and quickly gets tired. Do exercises every morning and you will feel the strength and power of the whole body!! Thank you, Squirrel. We'll move on.
The Hare rides. (Slide 4) Let's sing it to him too.
- Bunny, Bunny, tell me,
Bunny, Bunny, show me,
How to find a path
Grandpa's house?
- To the gatehouse? asked the Hare. - Nothing's easier. It smells like mushrooms first. Right? Then bunny cabbage. Right? Then it smells like a fox hole. Right? Skip that smell on the right or left. Right? When it's behind you, smell it like this and smell smoke. Jump straight at him without turning anywhere. It's Grandpa's forester samovar.
- Thank you, Bunny, the guys say. It is a pity that our noses are not as sensitive as yours.
- I'll teach you how to take care of your nose and how to take care of it, and then it'll be as sensitive as mine.
What do you think a nose is for? Tell me what we're breathing in? We breathe in good air, which has a lot of oxygen. And we exhale a bad one, which has a lot of carbon dioxide. You're in the woods. What do you think smells like air in the forest? (fruit, pine, mushrooms, berries, herbs.) What a clean air! Come on, we'll train our noses, our lungs, so we'll be strong and not get sick. Take each beautiful twig with leaves.

Wellness minute.

1. Inhalation of the nose - a long exhalation on the leaf;
2. Breathe in the nose - exhale sharply;
3. Inhalation of the nose - exhalation with blowing;
Did you know that animals have more sensitive noses than humans? They can smell even the slightest smell. It helps them to find food, to escape from enemies. People also have a great helper, the nose. He's the only one. This assistant is very important. It helps you feel the smell of flowers, find out what your mother is cooking in the kitchen. The nose helps us breathe. In winter, it warms the air, and in summer, like a vacuum cleaner, does not let dust inside. You have to take care of your nose. Everyone should have a handkerchief in their pocket. The nose likes clean air, so you need to walk more often. It is very dangerous and harmful to the nose when children do stupid things: stick foreign objects in the nose.
- There are smells we like and some we don’t like. Tell me about the smells you like. And now those who do not like it (including smoke). Yes, guys, smoke is especially harmful to health, so you need to avoid areas where you smoke and, of course, never smoke yourself. Fire smoke is also dangerous. People who did not have time to get out of the burning room, can suffocate from its pungent smell. Guys, breathing is important, and if the air isn't coming in, it's not just dangerous for our lungs, it's also dangerous for our brains. Man cannot live without air, and to get it into the body, nature has invented for us the respiratory system, where the nose plays a major role. Getting into the nose, the air passes through two corridors - these are nostrils, their walls are covered with hairs. You might ask why they're in the nose. The hairs serve as guards. They don't put dust in their noses. Then the air passes through the maze - nasal passages. The labyrinth plays an important role so that the air passing through the nasal passages warms up and enters our lungs already warm. The walls of the labyrinth are covered with a sticky liquid - mucus. It sticks microbes that try to get into our body with air. When the mucus with germs stuck in it becomes too much, we sneeze, and the nose is cleared.
Guys, what do we do when we sneeze?
(Children's Answers: Cover Your Nose with a Handkerchief)
Without a handkerchief, germs travel a long distance and infect healthy people. Here's what happens when we cover ourselves with a handkerchief. All germs are left on the scarf and do not threaten anyone. The scarf is a personal hygiene item and that is why it is so important to always have a handkerchief. An important hygienic rule is daily cleaning and washing of the nose during morning washing. I think you learned a lot from our conversation. But I want to ask you one last question. What safety rules do you know about the nose?
(Children's answers: you can not pick your nose with a finger and even more so a sharp object, you can not put foreign objects in the nose, you can not use someone else's handkerchief). (Slide 5)
And now, without delay, we will learn the exercises.
Don’t forget them and repeat them often!
Wellness minute.

  • Stroking from the wings of the nose to the nose and back - 5 times;
  • Inhale one nostril - exhale the other - 5 times;
  • Inhalation and exhalation of one nostril (the second is closed) - 3-5 times;
  • Inhale, on the exhale "moose", the mouth is closed. Knock your fingers on the wings of your nose. Do this by covering one or the other nostril.

Now I am sure that your noses will be fine and you will grow strong and healthy. No nose should have a cold.
We all need a healthy nose.
that the dream may come when
Sleep quietly, shut your mouth.
One might wish:
Don't put your finger in the nose.
Don't sit in the sun for a day
Your nose could burn!
And in the winter, in the cold.
Don't stick your nose out!
Thanks, honey. Now we're gonna keep our nose safe.
Let's move on.
- Look, Snail crawls. (Slide 6)
- Hey, Snail, tell me,
Hey, Snail, show me,
How to find a path
Grandpa's house?
- To tell do-o-olgo, sighed Snail. - I'll take you there. Crawl after me.
- Thank you, Snail! But you're so small. And we're afraid of losing you in the grass.
- You want me to tell you how to make sure your eyes are sharp and you never lose me.
- The eye is the organ of vision. We see with our eyes our amazing world, which is permeated with the light of the gentle sun. It is better to see once than to hear a hundred times. Our eyes help us to know the world around us, to learn, to do various work. A person with poor eyesight will find it harder to study and work.
Nature takes care of the eye. Sweat will flow from his forehead - a thick hedge of eyebrows will stop him. The wind will carry dust into the face - it will be delayed by a dense palisade of eyelashes. If a speck of dust flies into the eye, it immediately licks a continuously flashing eyelid. If nature takes care of us, we should take care of our health.
- We need to find out why the vision is spoiled. What do you think? (children's answers)
Causes of visual impairment
1. Working in poor lighting.
2. Reading at a short distance from the eyes to the book.
3. Reading lying down.
4. Long-term television viewing.
"Harmful or Useful" (Slide 7)
We found out the reasons why the eyesight deteriorates. And now we know how to take care of our vision. (Slide 8)
1. The place where you work should be well lit. The lamp should be on the left.
2. The distance from the book, notebooks to the eyes should be 30-35 cm (in an adult it is equal to the length of the arm from the elbow to the tips of the fingers).
3. You can not read lying down or on the move, you will always get into trouble.
4. Television:
1) Watch no more than 2-3 programs per week (1-1.5 hours) (not counting short cartoons).
2) Locate from the TV no closer than 2-3 m, no further than 6-8 m.
(3) The seating area should be comfortable.
(4) The image on the screen should be clear.
Eyes need rest. Everyone knows that to work well, you need to rest from time to time. And in the practical part of our lesson today we will learn how to give rest to the eyes. For this, there is a special gymnastics for the eyes, which was developed by scientists-doctors.

Wellness minute.

1 exercise (sitting) tighten your eyes for 3-5 seconds. Then open for the same time (6-8 r.).
2 exercise (standing). Look up at the nose; down at the nose (6-8 p).
3 exercise: (a) index finger at a distance of 25-30 cm.
(b) look at the end of the finger 3-5 seconds.
c) cover the left eye with the left hand for 3-5 seconds.
d) remove the palm, look at the end of the finger 3-5 seconds (then with the right hand.)
4. The simplest exercise. Quickly blink 20-30 seconds. Then close your eyes and sit back for a minute.
Thank you, snail. We'll take care of our eyes. Look, Bee's flying. (Slide 9) Let's ask her.
- Bee, Bee, tell me,
Bee, Bee, show me
How to find a path
Grandpa's house?
- W-w-w, says the bee. - I'll show you. Watch where my friends and I are going.Listen to our buzz and follow.
All animals have hearing organs. They help animals to hunt, escape from enemies, find each other. Which of the animals has the “most” hearing is hard to say. It is better to hear animals with large ears. Hearing is of great value to man.
The ear is made up of three parts. The ear, together with the external hearing aid, forms the outer ear. The external ear canal ends with the eardrum. Behind it, in the depths of the skull, is the middle ear. When the ear catches a sound and through the external auditory canal transmits it to the ear, the eardrum under the action of this sound begins to vibrate and transmits it further to the inner ear. The inner ear is a complex device. Through it, sound is transmitted to the brain. It turns into words.
From the middle ear passes a thin channel into the nasopharynx. It is called the Eustachian tube after the Italian scientist Bartolomeo Eustachia, who discovered this channel. Through the Eustachian tube, the cavity of the middle ear is connected to the external air. With a severe cold, angina infection penetrates through the Eustachian tube from the nasopharynx into the middle ear. Inflammation needs to be treated. The most sensitive ears in a bat. If the human ear can perceive fluctuations in the range from 16 to 2 (0 thousand oscillations per second), then bats have about 1 million per second, but it turns out that the ears are not only the organ of hearing. On the ear there are many points that are invisible threads connected with all our organs (heart, liver, stomach, etc.). Therefore, it is good to do self-massage of the ears.
Wellness moment.
"Self-massage of the ears" - the teacher shows, and all the children rub their ears.

To protect the hearing organs, you need: (Slide 10)

  • Protect your ears from heavy noise.
  • Protect your ears from the wind.
  • Don't pick your ears.
  • Don't blow your nose too much.
  • Avoid getting water into your ears.
  • If your ears are sick, see a doctor.
  • Clean your ears correctly: with a soapy finger.
  • Wash your ears every day.
  • Kneel your ear every morning.

The bee's gone. Let's go where the bees went. There's the gatekeeper. We are greeted by our grandfather the forester. (Slide 11) He is very happy to meet and offers to play the game "This is me, this is me, these are all my friends." (Slides 12-23)
