Don't rush, don't try to give an answer in a moment.
There are many things to choose: there is the king, here is the president.
We know the kings and the kings,
But the most important, the most important for the country - the child!
What will he be tomorrow, small and gentle?
All the earth has its right to hope.
Let's get acquainted with the calendar of legal dates

November 20 is International Day of the Rights of the Child. In 1989, the UN General Assembly adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child. This important document is designed to protect the rights of children from birth to 18 years.

The Convention lists the personal, social, cultural and political rights of the child. It is based on a number of social and legal principles, the most important of which are survival, development, protection and ensuring the active participation of the child in society.

The Convention defines 6 main groups of children’s rights:

1. The fundamental rights to life, name and equality in the exercise of these rights.
2. Ensuring the family well-being of children.
3. Free development of the child’s personality.
4. Children's health.
5. Education, information.
6. Protecting children from economic and other exploitation.

Students: Conventiona certain version of the document, which is of a recommendatory nature. (Ozhigov Handbook)
“Human Rights” is recorded in this book (Constitution of the Russian Federation)
Rights of the Child (Conventions on the Rights of the Child)

Work on the concept of “law”.

Educator: Now let’s try to define the concept of “right”.

Students:RightIt is a system of mandatory generally accepted norms and rules governing public relations. (Ozhigov Handbook)

RightThese are fixed possibilities.

RightThese are the rules by which people live. They determine the relationships of people in society.
In conversations with each other, people were able to negotiate.
This is why the Universal Declaration of Human Rights came into being. Adults have many different rights. Do children have rights?(Children's response: Yes, there is.)

- What rights of children do you know?(Children's Answer: The Right to Life, to Study, to Rest.)
- All rights of children are enshrined in the Declaration of the Rights of the Child.(The teacher shows the children a book.)To make it easier for you to remember the rights, they are depicted on signs that allow or prohibit. I suggest you play the game "Allowed - Prohibited".

Didactic game "Allowed - forbidden"

I'm going to talk about some right, and you're going to say, "It's allowed or forbidden."

Look at this sign:
The man raised the flag.
Listen to the child's opinion
Allowed.
With mom, kids have to live.
Always give her flowers.
It's allowed.
This line indicates:
Mother and child are separated.
It's forbidden.
Drawing and singing, learning,
If you get sick, get treated.
It's allowed.
This child is working.
He doesn't have much power.
My legs are bending.
As a child, hard work
It's forbidden.
To live together in peace
To be friends with different children.
It's allowed.
This weak hunchback,
He bows to the strong.
Be a slave to the master
Strictly forbidden.

- Well done, guys! You did an excellent job. The rights of the child should not only be known, but also respected.

Work on the concept of the child.

Child.A person with exclusive rights, for crimes against which there is a strict responsibility. The rights of the child are regulated and protected by the Constitution, family, administrative, criminal and other codes adopted in our country. (Ozhegov Handbook)

We're given an opportunity--

Become a lawyer,

Articles legal - to study everything.

If we're right to know,

We can do it in life.

Walk boldly.

Working with the memo

- So, let’s remember what rights you have.

Pupils' note

- the right to a name, patronymic and surname;

the right to know their parents and live with them;

the right to care and education;

the right to communicate with their parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters;

the right to protection and education;

the right to communicate with both parents;

the right to express an opinion;

the right to respect for human dignity;

- There's a kid on the porch.
- Cars are rushing past him, and he's sitting there.
- Study, children, rights,
- Knowledge is always useful.
-Better to know your rights,
- Not to know and to be wrong.
- It'll come back to normal,
- A new baby's life rejoicing.
- To secure his rights,
- It's someone's sacred duty.
- Right is not where it rules,
- Where they rightfully live.

Stage three.

Taking stock.

Educator: Today, at the educational hour, we just got acquainted with the rights of the child enshrined in the UN Convention. Next hour we will continue this work. What conclusions could you draw from the work?

Pupil:The Convention regulates the attitude of the State towards the child. She is the guarantor of the rights of a small creature. States signatories to the Convention are obliged to adhere to its articles when dealing with children. The Convention is advisory in nature, but it provides the basis for drafting laws protecting the rights of children.

Educator: The Convention is intended to protect the rights of the child, but are signatories always guided by its provisions?
