Business game: the formation of legal knowledge in the children's home.

Challenges:
monitoring the assimilation of basic norms relating to the rights of the child, the formation of skills to apply the knowledge gained in specific situations

The business game “Child’s Rights” is designed for pupils aged 14-15. There are two teams in the game. The winner is the one who scores more points. The game is played in five stages.

Teams are given cards with legal concepts and dates associated with the adoption of the relevant documents. It is necessary to define all concepts and to name events related to dates. For each correct definition, the team receives 1 point.
Human rightsIt is a protected, state-provided legal opportunity to do something.

This competition allows you to test the knowledge of pupils about changes in the legal status (rights, duties, responsibilities) of the child at different age stages.
Each team receives two sets of cards:
1) major age milestones in the child's life;
2) acquired rights and obligations, the emergence of liability. Teams must match these two sets of cards in 5 minutes. The maximum score for this contest is 10 points.

The teams are given a task a week before the game: to find real facts of violations of the rights of children in Russia and other countries. These facts must be confirmed by something: a clipping from a newspaper or magazine; “witness testimony” (if it is a fact from the life of school, yard, family, etc.); a video of a TV show, etc.
