Wherever you live, you walk the streets. And everywhere on the streets and roads there is a single law called the “Rules of the Road”. But this law is very good: it protects people from terrible misfortune, protects their lives. Therefore, only a constant observance of the rules allows all of you to confidently cross the streets.
There was a time when there were no rules of the road, but there were no cars. And on the stone pavements rolled wagons, carriages.
A baby.
Let's imagine this picture:
Pedestrians in antique costumes.
And where they are supposed to go,
Sidewalks are laid along the walls.
Hooves knock on ancient stones
The whole transport is still horse.
And an old coachman:
That "Well" says,
That "Tpru" says,
And the transport goes,
Or the transport costs.
Host.
I wonder what people rode when there were no carriages drawn by beautiful horses? Guys. Do you want to know? Then open it.front page of the magazine,It's called.. (music sounds, a child comes out with a poster shield and says,"Historical,"Runs off the stage.
Children come out and take turns telling about the history of the creation of vehicles, the rules of the road.(Annex 1). In the hands of children illustrations to their story.
Host.
The history of transportation is interesting. Yeah. There are traffic rules, but there are also traffic accidents. You and I are waiting for the next page.
(A child runs to the music and says:)Page 2 - "GIBD reports"
Host.
Day and night does not cease, life does not cease on asphalt highways. There are cars with cargoes, buses of passengers are carried, motor tourists go on a long journey.
A baby.
Here comes the twentieth century.
A man got into the car,
That's what happened!
It's a mess in the cities.
Engine noise, tire noise.
Thousands of cars are racing.
Host.
Imagine what would have happened on the streets of a big city if all the traffic lights suddenly went out and the traffic controllers did not come to their posts. How many cars would come to garages with crumpled cabs, broken headlights, no glass! How many people would return home with bruises and abrasions? And someone would probably end up in the hospital with a dangerous fracture or a serious wound.
Occupying their posts on the streets, patrolling cars on the roads, employees of the State Motor Inspection take care of the most important thing – human security, health and life of people. For an oral journal, we invited the inspector of the Armavir traffic police ___________, who will tell you about what can lead to non-compliance with traffic rules.
Let us thank _____________ for such an instructive story. (Children applauding).
There's music.. A baby is running out.

Yes, in our city there are frequent traffic accidents in which adults and children are killed and injured. In order for the roads to be safe, all cars, buses, trolleybuses are subject to strict traffic laws. All pedestrians should know and follow the rules of behavior on the streets: adults and children.
The rules of the road in the world are not enough
We could all learn them.
Oh, you guys know the rules of the road. We will now identify the most erudite, disciplined pedestrian.(Annex 2).
You will be asked questions and you will be attentive. Who knows the answer raises his hand. (Children who have shown good knowledge of traffic rules are awarded medals.)
Host.
Well done, guys. Way to go!
I want you not only to know the rules of the road, but also to follow them.
Let’s turn another page of the magazine. (A child rushes to the music and says:"Page four "Gaming""
Host.
Guys, I suggest you play. The game will be about knowing the rules of the road. You need to be organized and actively participate in the games. Ready?(Annex 3).
Well done, guys. You are well absorbed traffic lights and will not get confused in the alphabet of the streets.
Host.
Here we come to the final page of the magazine. (Music sounds, a student comes on stage and says, "Page five "Concert".
Host.

Thank you, big guys! Our concert was a success.
Host.
As we flipped through page after page, we didn’t notice how the magazine ended. Watching it, you guys learned a lot about the history of the creation of vehicles, traffic rules, and what leads to non-compliance with the rules. They took an active part in the quiz, games, showing a good knowledge of traffic rules.
I think traffic rules
You will remember it as a multiplication table.
(The participants of the oral journal take the stage to music.) They say it all in chorus:
In conclusion of our journal
What we're saying is, you guys,
Without rules of conduct
And traffic.
There is no way to do this.”
It sounds like a song. From the musical fairy tale "Remember the rules of movement."
Members of the magazine leave the stage.

The search for transport that would deliver a person and his cargo to the right place began in ancient times. The first began to transport cargo animals: dogs, mules, yaks, horses, camels and elephants. The ancient Egyptians used logs to move heavy stone blocks. To roll a stone block all the time had to pick up logs from behind, run to bring them forward and lay under the load. That’s probably when the idea of the cart came up. The log wheel was very heavy. To lighten the weight, wooden discs were fixed on the axis. Over time, the discs were replaced by a rim with spokes.
2 students.
Thus appeared the first wheeled carts – chariots – the first passenger carriages. But driving in them was painful, because they were made very heavy and durable, so that they did not fall apart from the tremors. Therefore, they traveled mostly on horseback (in India – on elephants, in North Africa – on camels or in hand stretchers). In China, for example, they rode on palanquins – wicker chairs attached to bamboo poles.
3 student.
As time passed, the cart changed. She had straps attached. Now the body, like a cradle, was suspended from the curved frame of the cart. So there was a comfortable and calm crew - the carriage. But riding in heavy and high carriages was quite dangerous. On the corners they tilted, ready to fall to one side. On steep descents, horses were beaten on the legs. A device was needed to slow or stop the movement.
4 students.
"No horse!" You roll yourself! ... – people exclaimed in horror, seeing a strange cart moving along the cobblestone pavement. Its creator is Frenchman Nicola Kyunvo. He was the first to build a steam engine cart. She didn't look very beautiful. The front wheel is one. There's a steam engine over him. In front of the wheel, just where the horse should be, hung a cauldron, very similar to a large pot. Turning the front wheel was not easy. The car was bulky and clumsy. We needed another engine.
5 students.
The inventors of the first gasoline-powered cars, Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler, lived in Germany. The designers of the first cars did not think about the appearance of cars. Just take the first cart and install the engine on it. On the first cars, the driver sat next to the passenger, and a steering wheel with a handle stood out in front. Weak engines did not give high speed - 10-15 km / h. Many years have passed since then. Cars have changed, they have become more comfortable, faster and more reliable.
6 students.
The first trolleybuses appeared in Germany. They were wagons on wheels. In our country, the trolleybus line was built only in the early 20th century. The world's first tram appeared in the late 19th century in Russia (St. Petersburg), later in Germany.

The issues of traffic regulation were given attention in the distant past. The rules of the road were first introduced by Julius Caesar. Even in ancient Rome there were traffic jams when chariots were moving. One-way traffic was introduced to combat traffic congestion in the streets. To monitor compliance with the rules, a special service was created - something like our traffic police. In general, ancient Roman rigs prevented disputes between “drivers” of chariots with the help of fists. Under Tsar Peter I, severe punishment, even the death penalty, was established for violating the order of the movement.

Distance signs appeared on Russian roads almost 300 years ago, when the distance was not measured in kilometers, but in versts. That’s why they were called pillars.
Traffic lights appeared on the streets of cities not so long ago, together with the first regulators. But the first traffic lights were not quite like the current ones. On all four sides there were also three colored glasses, but a large black arrow slowly crawled along these glasses. Then there were traffic lights with switching lights, obeying the hand of the traffic controller. He monitored the movement of cars and included a certain color. Then there were traffic lights – machines that are still in use today.

Annex 2. Page three "Know and follow the rules of the movement"
(Questions and answers to the quiz).

1. What are traffic rules for?
In order to ensure that the roads were safe, cars did not collide with each other, and pedestrians did not fall under their wheels, came up with traffic rules. And they must be followed very strictly by everyone: both drivers and pedestrians.
2. Do you know who is called a pedestrian?
A pedestrian is a person who walks along the road or drives a bicycle, rolls a wheelchair, carries a sled.
3. How should a pedestrian walk down the street?
On the sidewalk, sticking to the right side.
4. Where can pedestrians cross the streets?
At intersections, along pedestrian crossings, marked with lines of "zebra". In large cities, where there is a large traffic, pedestrians cross the road through an underground or above-ground crossing.
5. How to cross a street where there is no pedestrian crossing?
The approaching transport must be skipped. Go straight from one corner of the sidewalk to another.
6. How should pedestrians walk without a sidewalk?
On the left side towards traffic.
7. At what traffic lights are pedestrians forbidden to cross the street?
Red.
8. What cars are allowed to drive in red?
Firefighter, ambulance, police.
9. Where should we expect public transport?
At the stop, in the absence - on the side of the road.
10. How to get around a bus or trolleybus at a stop?
You need to get around them from behind. First, look left to see if another vehicle is approaching. When you reach the edge of the bus or trolleybus, look right.
11. Why not cross the road in front of a nearby vehicle?
You can never stop a car instantly. Let the driver press the brake with all his might - the car passes a certain distance from the beginning of braking to a full stop, the so-called stopping path. If the car is racing at high speed and on a wet road, the stopping distance increases.
12. Why not play football or hockey on the street?
Interfering with pedestrians and traffic. It is difficult for the driver to stop the car.
