Purpose:teach you to drift.
Tasks:teach children to throw into the distance from a position, standing on one knee with their right hand; exercise in jumping sideways through hoops; consolidate the ability to move along the gymnastic bench with their backs forward; develop coordination of movements, orientation in space; develop arbitrary attention; prevent flat feet; educate self-confidence.
Equipment: steppes, hoops, gymnastic bench, logs, cubes, bell, cards-schemes, massage track.
Vocabulary: step aerobics, throwing into the distance standing, throwing into the distance standing on one knee, walking backwards forward on the gymnastic bench, jumping sideways from hoop to hoop.
Introduction:
Children enter the gym barefoot, walk along the massage path.
